Our dynamic group rates are valid from 10 rooms onwards
and are always including :

The group rates vary between :

- 95 € and 130 € per single room
- 105 € and 165 € per double room

depending on the following criteria :

- number of rooms
- number of nights
- Weekend or midweek
- Mid or high season 
- Occupancy rate at the time of your reservation request

PAYMENT CONDITIONS 

Upon reservation : 10% (reservation is only firm after receipt)

8 weeks prior to arrival : 20% on bank account

2 weeks prior to arrival : balance on bank account

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

(Not applicable on a partial cancellation up to 10 % of the original made reservation, made more than 48 hours prior to arrival and reconfirmed by the hotel )

More than 8 weeks prior to arrival  : 10%

8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival : 30%

4 to 2 weeks prior to arrival : 50%

2 to 1 week prior to arrival : 75%

less than 1 week prior to arrival : 100%
